i am 19w4d today everytime after sex i always swell its not as bad anymore thank god but also my stomach gets bigger in one spot and the surrounding area kind of sucks in lol it is so weird when i touch it it goes away is that my baby?? and why does it tighten up like that its mainly after an orgasm sorry if tmi!! thanx a bunch!

That's normal. When you have an orgasm, your uterus contracts. So it may be pushing your baby into a place that you can kind of "see" your baby more.
I wouldn't worry about it at all.
