How can people remain Catholic in light of the churches sex scandal?

I personally chose to leave it and the sex scandals for me were like the straw that broke the camels back.

a Church with sinners in it---hmmm how novel.

I will not leave it---"to whom shall I go Lord, you have the words to eternal life". Jesus had Judas so all of Christianity is no good?
